New studio buddy!

The hubby and I recently adopted a new puppers! She is so sweet and affectionate. Like, no kidding. She pouts if you don't specifically sit on the couch and let her crawl in your lap. And she weighs 65 pounds. She is a ~2 yr old pittie mix, and has been nothing but wonderful. The rescue, Out of the Pits, is amazing and were so helpful and supportive. With any rescue, you don't know how their past will affect them. Nessie is a velcro dog, and extremely grateful for attention, so maybe she didn't get a lot of it. We are also not sure she was allowed/taught to play- she has no idea what to do with toys or how to entertain herself. She also loves new experiences, but maybe didn't get out much as a pup. We think this because while she adores going places and meeting people, after a while she gets nervous and we can tell she has had enough and needs to go home and have cuddle time. I can't tell you how nice it is to have her in the studio with me during the day when hubby is at work. And taking her out gives me a break and helps me stay mindful of the time and how much I am accomplishing!

Nessie likes to get out of the studio, so here we are visiting the horses!
